Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We understand there may be occasions where you order items in error. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new condition, unused, and with original packaging to qualify for store credit.
To start a return, simply send us an email at hello@theloyalshop.com with your order number. Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
